- If product contamination ratio out of the setting control limit is found, investigate the possible causes and take improvement actions to reduce the contamination.
- Take activities to continuous reduce the product contamination ratio. Include process audit, operator training, experiment design, etc.
- Attend the contamination improvement project team, assistance for the contamination improvement activities.
