迈图高新材料集团，由美国阿波罗投资公司于2006年12月完成对GE高新材料集团的收购后正式创立。 我们是全球第二大的有机硅产品及其关联产品的生产商，同时在石英及陶瓷材料行业，我们也拥有世界领先的地位。

Operation Management Trainee Program (OMT)

生产营运管理培训生

For the purpose of building up manufacturing and engineering management talent pipe line, developing future operation management leader, we set up OMT program.

The Operation Management Trainee Program (OMT) accelerates the excellent new graduates with bachelor or master degree in major of chemical engineering, Polymer Science or Chemical Mechanical etc. savvy talent through a structured training program, combining job assignments in production, EHS, supply chain... interactive seminars and trainings.

Candidates are hired into Nantong Plant, Momentive Performance Materials China.

OMT program is :

 

A two-year program consisting of 3 eight-month cross-function rotational assignments within the manufacture of Momentive Performance Materials in China.

Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, processing management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training symposiums.

The Requirements:

Major in chemical related subject

Demonstrate unyielding Integrity value

Possess outstanding leadership, practice and communication skills

Independent, open mind, mature, Self-starter

Fluent in English & Mandarin

Keen in the manufacture production operation management

Willing to work in different locations
