Job Description
1、Admin (国际招聘顾问行政助理) Full time
Responsibilities:
? Format resumes to meet different formatting requirements;
? Post jobs to different job boards;
? Maintain and update job information;
? Answer phones (from US);
? Meet the request of recruiters in both US and China;
? Other related tasks assigned by the Team Leader and Project Manager.
Qualifications
? A bachelor degree or above is necessary;
? No specific major is required;
? No working experience is required;
? Excellent computer and Internet navigation experience;
? Proficient in the use of MS Office;
? Initiative, self-motivated, good team work spirits and excellent communication skills.
2、Sourcer (国际招聘助理顾问) Full time
Responsibilities:
? Sourcing Potential candidates according to the Job Requirements;
? Meet the target submissions every month;
? Help recruiters with sourcing and prepare weekly report to Team Leader and the Manager.
Qualifications:
? A bachelor degree or above is necessary, Computer Science or related;
? No working experience is required. Excellent English skills in writing and reading;
? Strong interest and enthusiasm in HR and recruiting business career;
? Innovative thinking and developing new and more efficient ways to recruit;
? Ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly time-critical and high pressure environment;
? Effective oral/written communication skills and strong analytical skills and research.
3、Recruiter (国际招聘顾问) Full time
Responsibilities:
? Source and recruit candidates for our clients (e.g., Business Analyst, System Engineers, IT) and other fields;
? Recruit highly qualified candidates through the use of Internet services, referrals, user groups and other innovative means;
? Contact, interview and check references of potential employees. Responsible for hiring permanent and contract employees;
? Conduct phone screening;
? Negotiate salary and hourly rates with candidates, explain benefits package;
? Handle complete full cycle recruiting;
? Manage a high volume of open requirements;
? Maintain the regular contact with our candidates and build up pipelines;
? Meet the target submissions every month.
Qualifications:
? A bachelor degree or above is necessary;
? Computer Science/Information Systems;
? HR related or English major background is helpful;
? Minimum 1-2 years working experience in headhunter or HR consulting companies;
? Outstanding communication skills in English;
? Familiar with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
? Strong interest and enthusiasm in HR and recruiting business career;
? Innovative thinking and developing new and more efficient ways to recruit;
