adidas Trainee Program

We offer two kinds of Trainee Programs: "Business Trainee" programs and "Funct
ional Trainee" Programs (including Operations Trainee, Human Resources Trainee
, Finance Trainee and Product Marketing Trainee). "Business Trainees" will r
otate between functions such as Sales, Retail and Marketing, whereas "Functio
nal Trainees" will rotate "within" a function. Both programs will last for 
18-24 months and in both programs you will get the full package of development
 opportunities. 

Campus Talk

What do you expect of a campus talk?  You may get a general idea about adidas 
Group China and adidas Trainee Program, and also you'll meet our senior manag
ers and current trainees.  Anything else?
We'll invite 3 students on-site to participate in the special designed Studen
ts Interaction Session. During the three-round competition including Ice-break
 Game, Management Salon and Final Challenge, all participants will be question
ed widely from individual career development to understanding of retail indust
ry, and the final winner would get the opportunity to step to the interview st
age directly!

We offer two kinds of Trainee Programs: 'Business Trainee' programs and 'Functional Trainee' Programs. Both programs will last for 18-24 months and in both programs you will get the full package of development opportunities mentioned above. The difference is that the 'Business Trainees' will rotate between functions, whereas the functional Trainees will rotate 'within' a function. So for example a Business Trainee will rotate between Sales, Retail and Marketing during the program, and a Functional Trainee in Operations would for example rotate between Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Office and Customer Service. In any case we try to provide all trainees a very broad overview of the company, so a Functional Trainee will also get an understanding of the processes and operations in the other departments. You can apply for a maximum of two positions, so please choose carefully in which programs you are interested in most!

Business Trainee Program
	No department is isolated from the rest of the group. For the whole company to be successful, all departments have to work together very closely to achieve the common goals. When you work together with colleagues from different functions it will be very beneficial to you to have an understanding of the roles that your colleagues play in the company and to know what their responsibilities and challenges are. Therefore we want to give you the opportunity in our Business Trainee Program to work in different departments and develop a sense for our whole business cycle.

Operations Trainee Program
	We want to bring the adidas Group China operations to the next level of excellence, do you want to help us? In our Operations sub-functions Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, IT, Project Office and Production we want to make sure that all operations in the company run smoothly and the other departments can work effectively and efficiently develop our business.

Human Resources Trainee Program
	Next to our brand, the most important asset of the company is our people. It is our job to build up and maintain a world-class workforce to continue our growth and further strengthen our position in the market. We try to attract and retain the best people and to develop them for greater responsibility in the future. As a Trainee you will get an insight into our operational HR work as well as the projects that we've created to further develop our employee's capabilities.

Finance Trainee Program
	Our aim in Finance is to drive our excellent financial performance to support the goals of the adidas Group in China. We are dedicated to being an integral part of the decision-making process throughout all business areas and we want to proactively manage and optimize our financial flow and financial resources.

Product Marketing Trainee Program
	You love sports. You like playing them and you like watching them and you are also familiar with the products on the market that people use when playing sports. You want to help us to build the range of products that will be sold in the shops by using your knowledge about sports and your insight about consumer needs and preferences.
