Software

1. Position Title: (Sr.) System Architect

As a System Architect you are responsible for providing leadership and direction in driving the technology vision that is congruent with the business strategy. The ideal candidate will create and maintain an intuitive, web based multimedia content management system with Business Intelligence capability that empowers users to gain media information insights and share information. The System Architect will also act as an internal consultant to proactively identify and provide technology and standard system to meet or exceed expectations.

Location: Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop infrastructure and core architecture for enterprise multimedia management system using N-Tier, SOA concepts
● Participates in client communications to understand client’s business requirement and propose alternative solutions
● Work with other product manager to determine project scope, deliverables, time and effort estimation
● Identify project risks, and provide solutions to control/eliminate substantial risks
● Guide SSE, SE in POC stage, and provide expertise to solve technical issues
● Transfer and share knowledge inside the team

QUALIFICATIONS
● B.S or M.S or above Degree in computer science, or related disciplines
● Minimum of 10 years competitive technical experience with 5+ years as a System Architect and demonstrated success defining and designing excellent products architecture
● 3+ years of experience in a job related with the high scalable and distributed internet based enterprise system
● Extensive knowledge of the multimedia processing and content management
● Strong software design capability, familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools
● Clear understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
● Skilled in J2EE platform - JSP, Java, Servlet, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic

We are looking for dynamic and talented engineers who will participate in the development of new multimedia based applications, create tools and infrastructure to improve performance and quality, and invent new ways to enhance the user experience on the PC and maintain INTPLEs multimedia content management leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design, develop and maintain multimedia applications
● Enhance software robustness, code maintainability, componentization, reuse, and unification
● Provide technical leadership and good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions in a particular area, Comfortable taking ownership of major system components and/or providing technical leadership to others

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3-6 years working experience on the multimedia system or content management system

User Interface

1. Position Title: (Sr.) User Interface Designer

We are looking for dynamic and talented UI designers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the look-and-feel, information flow, and visual design of our full suite of multimedia management system and Data Mining software. You will write the user interface specifications, create any necessary art, and work closely with our engineers to implement the designs. You will also be responsible for the usability testing of the designs: develop test plans, build prototypes, conduct the tests and analyze the results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing prototypes and product
● Produce design specifications, wireframes, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes
● Create visual designs and user Interface design that address user requirements, including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interface elements.
● Collaborate with content producers, back-end developers to refine the user experience to deliver the final product
● Where necessary, setup, manage and conduct usability testing for interface designs

QUALIFICATIONS
● B.S or M.S or above Degree in art design, computer science, or related disciplines
● A minimum of 2 years experience in an interactive media or fancy UI design
● Experience building usable, and testing usability of, interfaces
● Technical skills: Must be fluent in Photo Shop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics / user interface design team software. Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (X) HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Must be highly skilled in Interaction and Interface design – strong wireframe concept skills a must.

1. Position Title: (Sr.) Product Manager

Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. It mainly includes managing the product throughout product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support team to meet or exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals, and ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the companys overall strategy and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Define the product strategy and roadmap
● Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
● Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
● Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
● Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples, perform product demos to customers
● Monitoring the competition, set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
● Deliver a monthly revenue forecast

QUALIFICATIONS

● Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products, must possess innovative and creative thinking skills to “think out of the box” with regards to marketing solutions, especially with respect to industry and competitive trends
● Understanding of finance (ROI) and planning, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
● 2+ years of experience in the multimedia management market or Data Mining/BI market
● Have solid technical background with strong experience in multimedia processing, searching and enterprise content management or in data mining and BI domain
