Position：Process
Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
Ø Assist
setup cell production process and optimize the process, process parameters
Ø Assist
to harmonize the job of the ME team;
Ø Work
with R&D team to optimize the 32XXX product
Ø Assist
to communicate with other departments to make work process smooth MRB review
Ø Monitor
32XXX products performance and settle process/product issues
Ø Failure
analysis of the products/ process and lead continuous improvement
Ø Coach
to production line, improve and optimization to match yield and through put
target
Ø Write
the WI for the production, link to control plan issued engage from RD
Ø Process
validation
Ø technical
support to inner/outer customer
Ø PFD/FMEA
Ø Handle
CI/8D
General Profile:
Ø Bachelors
degree or above in electric chemical engineering or equivalent
Ø Lithium
battery manufacturing company, work as Quality/process engineer work for quality
documentation initiation and process issues settling
Ø English
writing, reading and listening capability. At least CET IV level
Ø Be
familiar with Window, Excel and Words office system.
