Our client is the leading Purchasing and Supply Chain operational consultancy. Our client offers a comprehensive range of innovative solutions dedicated to procurement continuous improvement, including operational consulting, transaction management and procurement outsourcing.
The Group has a presence in Europe, in North America and is represented in Asia.
For this client, Talent Fishers is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the purchasing consultancy operation in Shanghai, P.R. China.
Job description
¡¤ The Branch Manager will oversee all the consultancy operations in the Shanghai office ensuring the quality of service.
¡¤ He/she will be supporting the Group¡¯s business development efforts for specific Procurement projects as a technical expert.
¡¤ He/she will advise clients for specific purchasing projects from call for tenders¡¯ definition to implementation and follow-up of the whole project.
¡¤ He/ she will be part of the Group¡¯s Global sourcing projects and provide project manager/internal clients with procurement consulting as part of the whole Supply Chain recommendations to external clients.
Job requirements
¡¤ Industrial Engineering background
¡¤ A minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing (production environment) in China
¡¤ Suppliers¡¯ auditing skills and experience
¡¤ Expert in purchasing processes
¡¤ Excellent knowledge of the western business culture
¡¤ English and Mandarin proficiency
¡¤ Strong leadership
¡¤ Stable and detailed minded
¡¤ Dynamic & Hands-on
