Job Description
Business Unit: Communications
Position: Intern
Report to:Comm. Director
Location: Shanghai
Objective of job:
Provide administrative support to team members
Support daily external/internal communications project
Support major corporate /media events
Qualification:
Skills -General Skills
Excellent communications - Oral and written, English and Chinese
Excellent microsoft oiffce software skills
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Good multi-task management and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good at English-Chinese and Chinese-English translation
Understand the nature of communications
Experience and education
Senior college student or graduate student, majoring in juounalism/communications, marketing, or English
Experience of internship in multi-national companies preferred
Personal Traits
Team player
Self-starter
Good personality
Main tasks:
1.Provide administrative support to team members: 40%
2.Support daily inernal/external communications project: 40%
3.Support major corporate / media events: 20%
