FLEP (Future Leaders Education Program) is a talent pipeline for ON Shenzhen. It is the way that
recent university graduates join ON-SZ, and towards creating a talent pool within ON-Shenzhen. The
process is:
1、Campus Interviews (Nov., 2008)
2、Plant Interviews (December 2008)
3、Selected new members on board (July, 2009)
1）3 days orientation program to introduce them to our organization, Pro ducts, Procedures, etc.
2）Rotation stage of the program. In this stage, ON managers and/or Project Leaders identify a
project or activity needed to be performed and that provide a good learning experience for the new
members. They go for work for the managers who create the project for a period of 4 months.
3） Each new member goes through 3 rotations. They are asked to gain different experiences in
their rotations.
4） At the end of rotations, the new hires have almost one year of diverse experience and ON
have an opportunity to evaluate their performance in a variety of settings. At this point, the best
position for them is jointly determined.

General Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in both written and oral English. Pass CET-6 is required.
2. Familiar with office software.
3. Good team player with excellence interpersonal skills.
4. Able to thinking clearly, sensibly, logically and base on facts.
5. Self motivated.
Positions:
1、Operation Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Business.
- Be interested into the following job descriptions:
1) Draft and follow up production planning (MPS).
2) Follow up temporary projects or affairs, cooperate with each committee to achieve objective.
3) Additional administrative work.
2、PMC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or International Trading.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Be interested in deal with different kind of personalities.
3、Production Support Engineer:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Molding/Extrusion.
- Strong skills in Auto CAD software.
- Be interested in trouble shooting in field.
4、 New Product Development Engineer:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Metallic Material or Biological Engineering.
- Strong skills in Auto CAD software.
5、 Quality Assurance Engineer (New Product Development):
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Organized and familiar with spreadsheets and data entry.
- Familiar with statistical techniques.
