Internship Recruitment and Application Procedures - Shenzhen
The following is a typical hiring procedure for our graduate and entry level positions. Some variations may occur at particular stages should specific situations arise. Stage 1: Application Before your application, please refer to the internship program for details. Prior to application close date, please submit Watson Wyatt's application form together with your resume, quoting "Internship application - Name of University" on the email subject line to hr.shz@ Human Resources Department We seek a balance between strong academic achievement, evidence of excellent written communications skills, enthusiasm, maturity, a commitment to a career with Watson Wyatt. Stage 2: HR Interview Short-listed candidates will be invited for a 30 to 40-minute face to face interview on campus or at the Watson Wyatt Shenzhen office. Stage 3: Practice Leader Interview Potential candidates will proceed to Stage 3 for a meeting with the Practice Leader and/or other senior members of the office. At this stage you will have an opportunity to know more about Watson Wyatt and explore how you may build up a successful career with Watson Wyatt. Stage 4: Offer Confirmation Successful candidates will then receive an offer for internship. You may have the opportunities to join the Watson Wyatt after graduation. Time Line for the students
