RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Function and End User Support:
-Provide JDE support and service related to Financial and Purchasing, Sales and Inventory function through incident management database
-Provide Standard JDE training to ABO and plant end users.
-Assist in project implement of JDE in China plant. Conduct the data conversion for JDE project. Ensure project go live and hand over the support responsibility to support team.
-Give professional advice and solution to meet user’s requirement.

2. Incident Management:
-Manage Incident management database. Analyze and summarize IM database to arrange user training and provide quality solution to avoid cycle issue.
- Cooperate with ARSS to provide second level support (e.g.: log call to Oracle, applied ESU, report developing, data patching and security request)
-General report development. Review user’s request and define specification and help end user to test and confirm the report.
-Ensure consistency of solutions with appropriate templates from the ERPCC.
-Word with Plant ABO to plan and execute solution rollout.

3. Work schedule:
-Minimum 40 hour work week
-24 hours per day, 7-days per week on call


SKILLS

-Strong communication and presentation skills; strong people- and service orientation
-Excellent facility in verbal and written Chinese and English.
