Satisloh (Zhongshan) Ltd. is located at the Torch High- Tech. Industrial Development Zone in Zhongshan, Guangdong, P.R.C. The company is a daughter company of Satisloh Switzerland which is a division of Essilor, France.

Satisloh Switzerland

Satisloh Switzerland combines the Italian based Satis Vacuum and the German based Loh optical machine companies. With its 120 years of experience and broad range of competences in ophthalmic surface and coating applications, the machines produced by Satisloh cover virtually all production steps in ophthalmic lens production, starting from the lens blank, covering, blocking, surfacing, polishing, coating and edging right up to the final lens production.

In 2007 Satisloh made a turnover of CHF 270 Mio. and a net profit of
CHF 42 Mio. Satisloh employs 400 persons in more than 20 countries.

Satisloh (Zhongshan) Ltd.

Satisloh (Zhongshan) Ltd. is a Wholly Foreign- Owned Enterprise and received the business license in November 2005. The registered share capital is RMB 5’000’000. The objective of Satisloh (Zhongshan) Ltd. is the production of machines for surface treatment and ophthalmic applications as utilized in the optical industry.

In April 2006, the first 25 polishing machines were produced, tested and shipped to Europe. The company employs 16 people and generates a turnover of RMB 23’000’000 in the year 2007.
In 2009, after 3 years of successful operation, Satisloh (Zhongshan) Ltd. will launch the production of coating machines and therefore investing RMB 5’900’000.

Objective of the Position:

Assures that all electrornics and electro technical components perform according to specifications

Assemblyes and test the machine according to the machine specification sheet

Tasks:

Connects the power distribution box, the on-board control box and the control cabinet

Tests entire electro technical and electronic system with simulator

Tests the system under operation condition

Able to operate the system under production condition

Skills and Experiences (must):

Understands the electronic diagrams

Capable of connecting wires

Able to understand the pnuematic diagram and hydrolic diagrams

Debug the electro technical and electronic system of the machine

Able to use microsoft office software

Fluent in English

Work independly

2-3 years of work experiences

Experiences in assembling and testing of electrornic and electro technical equipments

Experiences with PLC or Profi-bus control logic

2、Position: ?? Mechanical Engineer

?

Objective of the Position:

Assures that all mechanical compenents perform according to specifications

Assembly the machine according to the machine specification sheet

Education :

University degree in Vacuum or Mechanical engineering

Tasks:

Assembly vacuum chamber according to MC specification (EB Gun, Ion Gun, Turn Table Group, ect.)

Connect pumping system

Install entire water system

Install pneumatic actuators

Apply all mechanical fittings to the system

Connect all mechanical peripherals (Cry Coller, Thermo Conditioner, Chiller Unit)

Excutes together with Electrical Engineer the hardware test

Able to operate the system under production condition

Understand the drawings of parts and assembly drawings and BOM

Able to use computer office software

?

Objective of the Position:

Purchase all mechanical, electro technical and electronic parts for the machines.

Assures target prices are reached.

Assures quality level of purchased goods (according to defined standards)

Assures goods are delivered on time.

Seeks for new suppliers.

Seeks for second sources to secure the supply

Cooperates with the purchasing manager of Satisloh Italy.

4、Position: ?? Sales Engineer

?

Objective of the Position:

The position is responsible to sell the Box Coater for ophthalmic applications in the Chinese Market.

Delivers the information needed to make the annual sales budget.

General Manager of Satisloh Italy and the General Manager of Satisloh Zhongshan.

Tasks

Contacts existing customers of Satisloh indicating interests to purchase a machine.

Contacts new customers and verifies interests to purchase an machine.

Assures to reach the sales objectives as agreed with the General Manager of Satisloh Italy.

Writes monthly sales reports describing the activities of the passed month.

Plans and discusses sales and marketing activities of the following month.

Plans and organises exhibitions and seminars.

Makes translations of sales documentations from English to Chinese

Reports complains from customers having Satisloh machines.
