一、           公司介绍

Hong Kong Tough Glass Ltd. was established in 1986. Core business includes cut, chamfer, grind and temper of flat glass for industrial, household and constructional use.

Our head quarter is located in Japan Tokyo with over 40 years experience in manufacturing and distributing high quality glass products.

Hong Kong Tough Glass Ltd. has a wholly own invested plant, Dongguan Tangxia Tough Glass MFG., located in Dongguan Tangxia Jia Yuet Tong Management Zone with land area over 5,000 m² and over 100 employees to deliver our remarkable products to our valued customers.

Chemical termering is based on the introduction of a compressive stress on the glass surface, resulting a different composition from the underlying bulk glass.

With the strengthened properties of impact resistence and optical stress enhancement, chemical tempering glass is widely used in:

• Photocopy machine
• Scanner
• Various digitalized products

Thermal Tempering, a process that entails heating the glass to a critical temperature and then rapidly quenching it. Our fully thermal tempered glass refers simply to high quality-quality that complies with Japan Industrial Standard (JIS) and China National Standard (GB).

Our extraordinary hardness and toughness glass products represent outstanding industrial practice for:

• Escalator & Elevator
• Electrical applicances

With the enhancement of breaking strength and thermal resistance, our tempered glass is further value added with high quality ceramic or epoxy printing in finishing for:

• Microwave oven
• Grill oven
• Plasma Display Panel

二、           岗位介绍

储备干部：3-6个月一线实习，实习后，根据实习期间的表现，定基层管理职位，组长、副组长。工作期间，工场长会定期向储备干部培训《日本式管理》，一般是每周一次。工作一年左右，优秀者提升为部门主管职位。

三、           应聘条件

1. 19-23周岁
2. 中专或大专学历，机械/电子/化工/制造类相关专业（优秀者专业可适当放宽）
3. 吃苦耐劳，打算在制造业长久发展，农村生源优先
4. 责任心强，认真处理自己负责的工作内容
5. 有日语基础者优先录取

6. 有工厂实习经验的优先录取
四、    时间安排

11月3日——11月30日    简历收集

11月中旬和下旬            第一轮面试（武汉）和工厂基本知识培训

12月上旬                  工场长来武汉主持第二轮面试

12月中旬——3月中旬       工厂实习
