Disbursement Team

General Finance Knowledge

·          Basic understanding of internal corporate policies and the corporate financial manual (GL verification 77.15/inventory verification 79.15/inventory 15.20/non-stand JE 60.21.012)

·          Understanding of the business organizational structures and how to foster a collaborative working relationship with the businesses

·          General understanding of the business process ( P2P )

·          Basic understanding of basic accounting principles and fundamentals and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

·          Basic understanding of the month-end process and your role in the process

·          Basic understanding and interpretation of Financial Statements

·          Basic Business Analysis ability

·          Necessary computer literate (SAP/Optura/Excel/Power-Point/RandH tools)/

·          Highly computer literate (SAP/Excel/Power-Point/RandH tools)/Audit Control Language (ACL) (senior above)

·          Must know how to communicate effectively in all forms (Written/ oral / formal / informal)

·          Understanding of the manner in which all of the  functions interact and establishing the appropriate networks (TAX, Treasury, LCF, AP, Credit, Procurement, Logistic )

·          Understanding of the fundamentals of the Accounting and reporting structure at R&H ( for example Chart of Account Structure, multiple currencies, exchange rates, Group cost, legal cost, Profit centers structures, cost center structures, M1, Analysis tool kit, Standard costing, 10K, 10Q and financial aspects of the Code of conduct)

Specific Job Knowledge

·          Ability to provide excellent customer service

·          In-depth knowledge of travel expense system

·          Knowledge of funding process and problem resolution

·          Data collection and metrics ( Team Leader above)

·          Systems = SAP R/3, , Scanning/Imaging, big A/P application, DAAD

·          In-depth knowledge of SAP transactions related to the Shared Service Function/ Understand the impact of each SAP transaction as it flows through the organization

·          Understand internal controls and SOX requirements  (senior above)
