==Executive Assistant (Vice President)==
Use independent judgment to provide timely and effective secretarial support to the VP and the department. The incumbent is likely to spend 30% time in supporting some projects.

Job description:
1、Vice President Support:
a) Provide high level secretarial and administrative support for VP, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.
b) Manage the VPs appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of VP’s time.
c) Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the VP to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
d) Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.
2、Budget Control: Prepare the department administration budget and monitor the expenses of every month, alert when budget is exceeded.
3、Maintaining Department Services: Organize department administration operations and procedures, and register all necessary accounts for new-hires’ smooth working after on-board, including intranet, e-mail, etc., in order to maintain efficient office services.
4、Coordinating Meetings: Organize and coordinate regular or ad-hoc meetings for the department and other internal and external meetings.
5、Project Coordination: Coordinate the project implementation, by arranging logistics issues, follow up project plans and action plans, and provide necessary support to facilitate the implementation of the project.

Assist the Principal to execute investment project plan and other related work to make sure the quality and timeliness of the project implementation.

1、Deal Development: Maintain contacts with middle market intermediaries to generate deal flow; develop opportunities by calling companies, attending trade shows and conferences and building/maintaining Bertelsmann network in specific industries
