本职位是只面对在校学生的实习职位，具体要求如下：
－热爱广告行业，喜欢与人沟通，学习新知；
－为人踏实、诚恳，能承受一定的工作压力，吃苦耐劳；
－课余时间充裕，一周基本上可有5天的实习时间；
－英语熟练，可进行日常的口头交流
