1) What's GOLD Program for management trainee？

If you're a highly focused individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, materials management or related areas in operations, manufacturing, engineering or logistics, then Avery Dennison's GOLD Program - The Global Operations Leadership Development Program may be right for you. 

The GOLD Program offers selected individuals the opportunity to experience different management assignments over an intensive two-year period. The assignments may be cross-functional, international, or specially designed to meet the needs of the individual and the business. 

When an Associate completes the rotations/assignments within the program, these programs will guide the individual to a full time role that aligns with the individual's long term career aspirations and the Company's business needs. Potential positions in South China may include: 
- Project Leader 
- Production engineer 
- Production supervisor 
- Team leader 
- Planner 
- Equipment maintenance supervisor 
- Supply chain Coordinator

通过GOLD项目，我们期望挑选多位优秀的应届毕业生加入公司，并给与两年的在职培训与发展，培养成为公司的技术主干或管理人员。成功应聘者将有机会到广州南沙、广州番禺及深圳沙井三个主要生产基地及公司其他业务部门进行轮岗及定岗。 

GOLD培训生项目为期两年，期间公司将提供大量培训及发展的机会，并通过对你们工作岗位和任务灵活安排，让各位有机会接触公司不同方面的运作，在生产、制造、运营、工程、物流等领域发展你们的才能。完成了本项目所有的工作任务后，你们将有机会获得全职工程师、项目主管或生产主管等工作发展机会。 

2) Who Should Apply for GOLD Program？ （职位要求） 

a) Graduates from the following disciplines（专业）: 
Mechanical, Mechanic/Electrical, Automatic, Industrial Management and Engineering, Printingetc. 
机械设计制造及自动化、机械电子工程、电气工程及其自动化、工业工程及印刷等工科类专业。 

b) Requirements: 
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree. 
Good command of both spoken and written English. (English Band 6 preferred.) 
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy working in a team. 
Willing to travel and adapt to change. 
2009年毕业的本科生 
熟练的英文读写及口语表达能力，CET-6以上尤佳 
良好的学习能力、沟通能力与团队合作精神
