About our company (jobs@):
Our company do high-end consulting projects specifically for Microsoft. We are based in Seattle, Washington. Our founders are former senior Microsoft employees with a combined 14 years of Microsoft experience. We have a local office in Beijing Haidian district that is managed by 2 of our senior Microsoft USA Program Manager and Developer Lead. In Beijing Office we work with Microsoft USA and collaborate to build new products.

1-2 years of professional experience
Must be very familiar with C# and .Net.
Must have good understanding of database technologies like
Great understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms.
Familiarity with Silverlight is optional

Job ID 12: Web developer
1-2 years of professional experience
Must be very familiar with one of the following languages. or PHP or Ruby on Rails
Must have good understanding of database technologies like SQL,
Must have previous work as demos
Should have great artist sense.

Job ID 13: Development Manager
4-5 Years of professional development experience
2 Years of experience as a lead developer for a larger project
Fantastic at understanding C#, .Net, SQL, LINQ and
Fantastic at designing architecture for large complex applications
Understanding of WPF, Silverlight is preferred.
Great communication skills in English

Job ID 14: Network Developer
1-2 years of professional experience
Great at C/C++ coding
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP/TCP/IP/UDP)
Solid understanding of windows drivers

Must be very familiar with C# and .Net.
Must learn quickly and have great problem solving skills
