招聘职位：Fund Administrator
Responsibilities:
Administration of assigned accounts including daily cash reporting, daily valuation reporting, month-end report generation, reconciliation, new business conversion, interaction with various business units across the Asia Pacific region. Accuracy, timeliness and maintenance of client satisfaction are imperatives in this position.
• Daily Cash Reporting
• Daily/Monthly Fund Valuation and Accounting
• Daily Monitoring of Fund Activity (trades, income, cash, etc.)
• Investigation of Cash and Securities Reconciliation Items
• Asset /new business conversions
• Issues resolution
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• University or college designation with concentration in Business preferred
• Other Pension/Trust/Financial Service accounting experience preferred
• Basic Accounting and Securities industry knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skill and team orientation
• Ability to work in a fast pace working environment
• Flexible, ready to work on public holidays
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer literacy in Excel and Word required
