Position: Assistant Packaging Process Engineer
Job Description:
1.	Process safety owner to conduct process risk analysis, evaluation and provide final solutions.
2.	Define process flowcharts, parameters, equipment & instrument and control principles.
3.	Develop and update operation procedures or work instructions.
4.	Answer for operation troubleshooting, initiate process incident investigation and correction activities.
5.	Be responsible for equipment management to ensure good running.
6.	Be responsible for process and equipment optimization.
7.	Coordinate with operation & maintenance team to make high effective equipment utilization, lower cost and good quality performance.
8.	Be responsible for packaging materials specification control and machine parameters debugging.
9.	Be responsible for new technology introduction.
10.	Be responsible for providing training to operation team.

Qualifications Required:
1.	Bachelor degree with chemistry mechanical/mechanical or related majors.
2.	Production or maintenance experience in packaging field will be preferable.
3.	Solid understanding of equipment technology.
4.	Good command of both oral and written English.
5.	Be equipped with sound communication and problem solving skills.
6.	Basic knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, process, materials, cost control, engineering.
