Consultant - Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical

Job Scope

Our company is looking for a Consultant who will work closely with our top management to help set up (from scratch) the healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical search practice for our recruitment services company.

• This Consultant’s role is a mix of client and project management, business development, and team building and management.

• The main focus for this position is to deliver outstanding search services, while striving to build ongoing, value-based relationships with major healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical clients.

Qualifications

We have a proven track record of developing those with the right motivation and skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years work experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical sector, with a good cross functional understanding of scientific and commercial fields

• At least 2 years work experience in a front-end role with corporate clients, such as business development, sales, account servicing, marketing, customer service, etc.

• Proven achievements in managing major, high-impact projects involving results-driven, client-oriented solutions

• Team building and leadership skills coupled with effective verbal, written and visual communications skills

• Fluency in both Chinese and English.

• Should be mature, professional, service-oriented, results-driven, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and a strong communicator.
