PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer questions in person and via phone on those supported applications
Troubleshoot computer problems
Remote server and AD maintenance
Software deployment, such as AutoCAD, etc.
1st level technical support , such as Remote client and desktop support
Dispatch and follow up onsite service
Network support
Asset management
Documentation for future reference
Work with standard tools and follow standard operating procedure
Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
Advise customer on appropriate action
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Customer service experience, good communication skills;

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. And English will be highly welcome.

- Experience in PC installation and maintenance is a pre-requisite and a basic knowledge of networking technologies;

-Positive, professional manner and appearance are required;

-Bachelor's degree, we also give chances to fresh graduated students;
