You may consult more information on ww***om;[点击查看] ww***.cn[点击查看] We are currently seeking for 15 hotel management trainees: The IBIS China hotel Management Trainee Program is designed to complement higher level education during a 6-8 months program aimed at developing participants into a hotel General Manger or Front Office Manager / Housekeeping Manager level within IBIS China Hotel. Throughout the program you will receive practical experience up to management level in key operational roles in the hotel. Besides, you will learn how the whole business works and build technical & management skills along the way. Then, after this program, you will be assigned a hotel General Manger or Front Office Manager / Housekeeping Manager positions based on your performance and evaluation at the end of the training period. Requirements / Qualifications: ? Bachelor degree of any discipline, Master or MBA preferred ? Excellent English and Chinese, both in oral and written ? 1-2 years of working experience ? The ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating great communication and customer service skills ? A commitment to a career within the hospitality industry ? Flexibility to work rotating rosters shifts, weekends and public holidays ? Must be high mobility ? Self motivated, enthusiastic, positive ? Sound business acumen ? Thrive on challenges ?
