Position:
Logistics Assistant-Production Materials Control
 

Main Responsibilities:

-     Monitor the stock of components from suppliers.
-     Handling the stock and verify the usage, availability of components
-     Place orders to the suppliers.
-     Follow up outstanding orders and Inventory control. Prepare analysis of stock inventory regularly.
-     Work closely with the FEPS QC team for technical issues and quality control on the spot and our QC center.
-    Fully support the supervisor in implementing and maintaining the ISO9000 management system; Prepare and provide related data and documents when required
-     Handling the labeling /packaging process. Manage layout, printing and follow up of requirement for the assembler
-     Reconciliation of records between HQ, our supplier against our Purchase Orders and usage.

 

Requirements:

-      University graduated in logistics management
-      Above 1 years experiences in Production Materials Control support relating to production and export
-      Good communication & analysis skill
-      Strong in Microsoft Office, e.g. word, PowerPoint, especially in excel
-      Good English/Mandarin or Cantonese, both in oral and written
