-Job Title: OFT Commercial Specialist

-Degree Required: Bachelor and above

-Major: Not required, logistics/ADMIN related preferred

-No. of Openings: 1

-Location: Beijing

-Working Frequency: 4+ days a week from January to June 2009

Responsibility:

* Responsible for parts and products import and export process
* Manage inventory process
* Maintain any necessary log files (purchase order, quotes, etc.).
* Handle administrative tasks such as T&L reimbursement, sourcing, etc.

Requirements:

* Customer relations management experience.
* Skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of commercial concepts and terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as a problem solver and process improvement driver.
* Ability to interact in an effective manner with all levels within the organization.
