POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Partner Solution Center (PSC) is a key initiative in Asia Pacific and will spearhead the provision of technical and training expertise of Oracles full suite of products for the Oracles Partner Community. This initiative is driven out of the Alliances and Channels organization, Asia Pacific to further strengthen our commitment and supports towards our business partners to equip them with the best skills and knowledge to drive Oracles Go-to-Market strategies in achieving higher revenue growth. Development of a Partner Solution Center will ensure Oracle drives towards a strategic leadership position in the market and a compelling value proposition for local regional and global partners

PSC Delivery Team, as an integrated part of Partner Solution Center, resident in Oracle OARDC (Beijing) product development families and dedicated for PSC partner engagement delivery under A&C partner strategy and planning. We are seeking experienced technical consultants of Oracle Technology and SOA solutions in Korea team to support partner adoption of Oracle technology products and be aligned with SOA solution roadmap, and strengthen Oracle partner’s success in addressing customer needs in local markets.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical advisory to Oracle partners (ISVs & SIs) in adopting Oracle technology products (DB/DBO), BIEE and OFM/SOA solutions
2. Support ISV solution migration and adoption on top of Oracle technology product stacks
3. Review and validate partner solution architecture, design, coding and conduct validation testing to assure the compliance with Oracle standard and methodologies
4. Support partner to build their industry integrations with Oracle products and execute partner solution integration with Oracle applications using AIA solutions
5. Devlier partner training workshop for Oracle technology products, solutions and tools
6. Coordinate and manage partner solution project to deliver on time with high quality
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. BS or MS in Computer, Business or Industry Engineer
2. 2-5 years working experience, at least 2 years development in Oracle product platform,
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean, good English skill is a plus
4. Exhibits good communication, team work, customer focus and Results orientation;
5. Quick learner for new technologies;
6. Solid development experience in some of the following areas:
a) Oracle Application Technical Architecture
b) Oracle Product experitise of Database, DB Options, BIEE, OFM/SOA
c) PL/SQL, Java, Oracle developer Suite, OA Framework;
d) Familiar with Unix/Linux/Windows OS;
e) Strong system analytical, design, process improvement, testing, and troubleshooting skills;
f) Previous implementation experience on SOA, App Server, Portal Solutions of Middleware products
7. Practical experience in as many as possible of: J2EE/EJB, AJAX, SQL, HTML, XML, BPEL, C/C++ , Visual Basic, VB Script , JavaScript etc
8. Extensive knowledge on Industry is a plus
