薄膜太阳能电池工艺工程师 Process Engineer 10人
职位描述：
大学本科以上学历，物理（半导体）、材料科学、光学、电子工程及化工等相关专业；
熟悉薄膜太阳能电池制备技术，真空系统，CVD薄膜制备，激光技术，半导体薄膜特性分析，太阳能光伏发电系统；
英语四级以上，且具有良好的英语阅读，听说能力；
有较强的动手能力，有较强的数据分析能力；
工作责任心强，工作积极主动，能够承受工作压力；
身体素质好，具有良好的沟通能力，具有较强的团队精神。
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in semiconductor, materials, photics, electronic, chemistry;
Familiar with Thin film solar cell production, vacuum system, thin film production by CVD; laser technology, properties of semiconductor thin film, solar cell power station system;
At least CET-4, Good written and oral English skills and computer skills;
Excellent attitudes of manual operations, good abilities of data analysis;
Flexibility and Stress resistance;
Team spirit and communicative skills.
工作职责：
参与新产品开发引进的过程控制，掌握新产品生产工艺方案；
参与或负责现有产品的生产过程控制，改进和完善生产工艺流程；
接受车间或现场工艺技术信息反馈，制定方案、实施及跟踪；
负责培训相关技术人员,操作人员,确保生产线的正常运作, 确保生产的效率, 产品质量和产量；
完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
Main tasks:
Installation of new systems, learn and hold new production process;
Support of production ramp up, and improve production process;
React to on-site feedback, develop solutions and follow-up;
Responsible for training technicians and operators, Preventive Maintenance;
Responsible for ensuring efficiency, qualities and output of production;
Other tasks asked to do.
薄膜太阳能电池设备工程师 Equipment Engineer 10人
职位描述：
大学本科以上学历，机电、电气或机械专业相关专业；
熟悉PLC以及驱动、变频器、伺服系统等设备机构、构造、运行特性；
熟悉真空及镀膜设备及工艺者优先
英语四级以上，且具有良好的英语阅读，听说能力；
具备良好的时间管理技巧，并能够承受工作压力，能够在急促时间里高效完成多项工作任务或项目；
善于沟通并具有团队合作精神
Qualifications：
Bachelor’s degree or above in electromechanical, electrical, mechanical etc；
Familiar with PLC, driver, transducer, servo system;
knowledge in vacuum and CVD technology would be a big advantage;
At least CET-4, Good written and oral English skills and computer skills;
Excellent attitudes of manual operations, good abilities of data analysis;
Good analysis and trouble shooting skill, efficiency and working under pressure ;
Team spirit and communicative skills.
工作职责：
调试维护工厂生产，检测和其他辅助设备；
定期更换和维护设备耗材；
密切关注工厂现场的设备信息反馈，维持和提高设备稼动率；
采购设备零件备品及耗材，确保安全库存；
与其他部门协作，维护工厂正常有序运作；
领导安排之其他事务。
Main tasks：
Maintenance and service of the company, the auxiliary equipment;
Periodical overhaul and necessary adjustments on the production equipment;
Maintaining a tight information exchange with the on-site feedback;
Maintenance systems improvement and follow up;
Purchase spare parts, consumable and others for production department and ensure stock level;
Support the production in order to create synergies between both departments;
Other tasks asked to do.
