平田机工是日本平田机工在上海的独资公司。主要根据客户要求设计并制造各种规格流水线及相关专用机器，涉及汽车行业，家电行业，电子行业，半导体行业，生物行业等多个领域。为了适应中国汽车市场的不断发展，公司下属自动车课现招聘机械设计工程师若干。经过公司的培训后，主要负责汽车行业所需要的各种专用机器的设计工作。

工作职责：
1.确认设备各项功能的能力；
2.提高设备设计，制作，组装的质量；
3.减少设备的各项成本；
4.学习，理解并运用各种新产品、技术和标准；
5.提供良好的现场技术支持；
6.和客户及供应商有良好的沟通。

职务要求：
机械工程，自动化及汽车相关专业的本科学历；
熟悉机械设计及机械加工工艺；
有很好的学习能力，能够很快的理解和运用新知识、新技能；
能够使用微软office；
掌握Autocad；
良好的团队协作能力，能很好的处理人际关系，在工作中善于自我激励，注重实效，并能独立完成工作；
大学英语4级，有很好的听说读写能力；
富有创新精神，聪明。

Hirata (Shanghai) is the china branch of Hirata Japan Cooperation. It designs and makes all kinds of assembly lines with conveyors and machines according to the customer requests. Its customers include automotive companies, home electrical appliance companies, electronics companies, semi-conduct companies, biological companies and so on. To meet the development of China automotive market, the automotive department will recruit some mechanical design engineers. The main job is to make the design of all kinds of machines for automotive companies after the designing training.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Confirm all abilities of machine function;
2. Improve the design, manufacture, assembly quality of machine;
3. Reduce the machine cost;
4. Learn, understand and use new products, techniques and standards;
5. Offer useful technical support on site;
6. Have good communication with customers and suppliers;

Requirement of the position:
-Bachelor degree in majors related with Mechanical Engineering or Automation or Automotive;
-Be familiar with mechanical design and manufacturing processes;
-Good learning skill to understand and use new knowledge and techniques;
-Be able to operate Microsoft Office;
-Master Autocad;
-Good team work with good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent working;
-CET-4, good command of both oral and written English;
-Be creative and smart。
