R&D Recruitment Plan in 4Q of 2008

1. Biology
a) Scientist in mammalian cell expression and biology activity assay(4 persons)
Responsibilities:
1. Cell line development
2. In vitro activity assay of protein
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. or master degree in cell biology, molecular biology or life sciences related fields;
2. Experience in mammalian expression or cell culture in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus;
3. Ability to work independently; excellent organizational, communication (oral & written) and problem-solving abilities;
4. Hands-on experience in cell line banking, mammalian cell culture and gene expression;
b) Procaryotic fermentation Researcher(1 person)
Responsibilities
1. E.coli jar fermentation process optimization.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in bioengineering or biochemistry
2. Have the basic microbiology experimental technique
3. Working experience in jar fermentation is preferred.
4. Male
c) Eukaryotic fermentation Researcher(2 persons)
Responsibilities
1. Mammalian cell culture
2. Process optimization of cell culture in bioreactor.
Requirements:
1. Ph D or Master degree in cell biology or bioengineering
2. Have cell culture experience
3. Working experience in bioreactor is required.

d) Purification Researcher(1 person)
Responsibilities
1. In charge of recombinant protein conjugation and purification.
2. Help identify the promising therapeutic proteins to support R&D.
Requirements
1. Experience in protein purification or conjugation.
2. Familiarity with protein analytical methods.
3. Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and the ability to contribute will be essential.
4. Bachelor or Master degree in Biochemistry or Molecular biology.
5. Other related skills in Molecular biology or Pharmacology will be an advantage.
e) Purification Technician(1 person)
Responsibilities
1. Assist research scientists in performing protein purification and conjugation experiments.
2. Assist research scientists in managing reagents and consumables.
3. Assist research scientists in data collecting, analyzing and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Bioengineering or relevant biological science.
2. Proven protein manipulating skills such as protein content determination, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blotting, etc.
3. Ability to work in teams.
4. Excellent verbal and writing skills in English will be an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of office software and willingness to learn specific software will be essential.
f) Bio-analysis Researcher(1 person)
Responsibilities
1. In charge of analysis and quality control of protein drugs
Requirements
1. Skilled in protein analytical methods such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE and western blot.
2. Experience in method establishment of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
3. Good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Discovery
a) Medicinal Chemistry Researcher (3~7 persons)
1. Ph.D. or Master degree experienced in synthesis, to design and implement multi-process organic synthesis examination independently;
2. Experienced in knowledge and technology of medicinal chemistry in the field of R&D;
3. To separate and purify compounds and authenticate configuration adroitly;
4. Experienced in searching and handle Chemistry literature and patent in different database;
5. Responsibility, Conscientious, professional, creative and team spirit
6. Good execution work schedule and resistance to pressure
7. Fluent both in spoken and written Chinese and English;
8. Healthy

3. Analysis
a) Analysis Resarcher ( 2 persons)
1. Master degree in analysis chemistry or relative major
2. Understanding the investigation process of small molecular drug
3. Experienced in compounds analysis, identification and purification
4. Proficiency in a variety of analytical instruments operating and daily maintenance
5. Basic knowledge in organic chemistry
6. Good English writing, listening and speaking ability

4. Pharmacology toxicology team
a) Pharmacokinetic & toxicological researcher (3 persons)
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Rat/mouse DMPK and toxicity study, including dosing preparation, dosing, sampling and documentation
2. Report to Study Directors in a timely manner regarding any deviations from protocols or unexpected results
3. Design animal study, and write protocols and final reports
Requirements
1. B.S or M. S degree, major in Veterinary Medicine, Medical Science or Biology
2. Over 2 years experience in animal handing, and experience in rat PK
3. Good experiment skills, training in pharmacology or toxicology
4. Animal experiment practitioner’s work license preferred
5. Oral/written communication/listening skills in English are preferred.
b) pharmacological researcher（2 persons）
Responsibilities:
1. Design molecular and cell biology experiments, troubleshoot and analyze complex data in support of drug discovery projects.
2. Design of cell-based assays including Western, ELISA-based analysis
3. Complex data analysis and report generation.
4. Presentation of results and conclusion both orally and written.
Requirements
1. M.S. or PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry or related discipline.
2. Strong problem solving skills, with working knowledge of experimental design and data analysis.
3. Extensive cell biology and molecular biology skills RT-PCR, western blotting, ELISA-based assay development and familiarity with immunofluorescence microscopy.
4. Experience in cancer biology is preferred.
5. Oral/written communication/listening skills in English are preferred.
c) Pharmacodynamics researcher（2 persons）
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in vivo pharmacodynamics study and other pre-clinical studies, including tumor xenograft and related pharmacology and pharmacodynamics studies.
Requirements
1. M.S. or PHD major in medicine science or pharmacology, 3 years experience in pharmacodynamics study
2. Well-built experience with various animal models, particularly as related to cancer; has experience in tumor xenograft of nude mouse, familiar with related experiments.
3. General knowledge of all major aspects of PK, PD, TK, process development, IND filing, clinical trial and regulatory compliance, and the ability to successfully translate from animal studies to clinical/ human evaluation in a timely manner
4. Strong sense of responsibility, a serious attitude with work and great ability of problem-solving, full of inspiration
5. Honest and hard-working person with good personalities
d) Sample analyzer（1 person）
Responsibilities:
1. Blood analysis of clinical study
Requirements
1. B.S. or M.S. major in medical laboratory sciences
2. Conduct the blood analysis work in clinical study
More than 1 year well-built experience with the work, the experience with the clinical examination in hospital will be preferred.
e) Technician for animal study（1 person）
Responsibilities:
Maintain animal room, including room cleaning, animal feeding and cage washing.
Requirements
1. Major in Veterinary Medicine or Medical Science.
2. Experience in animal raising.

5. Information Team
a) Biologic informatics Research Scientist（1 person）
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the on-going research programs, work closely with biological scientists in the analysis of experimental data
2. Implement bioinformatics tools and software to evaluate new biology project. Requirements
Requirements
1. B.S or M.S degree, major in Medical Science or Biology
2. Demonstrated experience with database
3. A thorough understanding of molecular biology, cell biology and genomics
4. Experience in analyzing experimental data
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
b) Clinical Informatics Researcher（1 person）
Responsibilities:
1． To be responsible for initiating and monitoring the pre-clinical/clinical studies, including the choice of the CRO companies (or hospitals), the negotiation of the contract, the management of the document. In charge of the monitoring of the pre-clinical/phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ clinical studies. To document and archive all pre-clinical/clinical research relevant activities in compliance with the local regulation and the benefits of the company.
2． Keep good relationship with the CRO company/hospital and the related researchers.
3． Keep connection with the members of other position and other cooperation company to resolve the troubles in the preclinical/clinical study.
4． To ensure a smooth communication through the studies between the company and sites, report any studies related issues to the line manager in a timely manner.
Requirements
1. B.S. or M.S. major in medicine science or pharmacology
2. 1~3 years experience in CRO/CRA, the GCP certificate posses candidate is preferred
3. Good professional background and high English level; excellent computer skills.
4. Strong interpersonal communication and good expression ability.
5. Honest and hard-working person with good personalities.
