Requirement:
1、Technical - Aptitude for research, sales support, and computers.
2、Basic MS Word and Excel skills. Internet use and web-savvy.
3、Functional - Understands a sales/marketing environment. Strong interest in sales, marketing, HR, internal consultant role; experience in recruiting or executive search a plus.
4、TEAM Player - Can partner and support seasoned Director as well as other consultants both inside and outside office. Enjoys learning and assuming more responsibility. Can flex duties as required.
5、Telephone Skills - Professional and confident telephone manner. Tenacious, upbeat and undeterred by rejection. Can lead others over the phone.
6、Interpersonal skills - Passionate and cheerful with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
7、Education - Bachelor degree preferred not required, with demonstrable good English skills. Desire to learn.
JD: Team Coordinator Intern
Requirements:
1、College or university graduate;
2、Good command of languages of English and Mandarin, additional language is preferred;
3、Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Power Point, Excel
4、Able to work under pressure and handle occasional heavy workload;
5、Dedicated and committed to work with high energy and team spirit;
6、Possess a high level of initiative, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently.
