JOB FUNCTION:

It is aposition for the implementation of advanced process control (APC) projects for Petrochemicalindustry in Asia, mainly China.

The person has to be self-motivated andexperienced in APC and chemical processes. Traveling is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TheApplication Engineer is responsible for project execution with the guidance of Pavilionproject execution methodology.

He or sheneeds to report to Project Manager and Lead for the project progress on aregular basis.

Other assignments areworking on study, training the client engineers, presenting the solution forsales and marketing activities, and scoping the project for proposal.

REQUIREMENT ON EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Education:

Engineering degree required.Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer.

Skills & Abilities:

The candidate must have strong technical skills.

Must have the ability to analyze a problem,present the solution, and execute the projects in an efficient manner.

Personality Characteristics:

The candidate should be a team player.

Must have an ability to work with others in order to accomplish a largescaled project.

Experience(Job Related):

1.At least 2 years’ APC related experience.

2.Good computer and programming skill.

3.Good knowledge of chemical processes.

The experience with Petrochemical industry is preferred.

Language Skill:

1.ExcellentChinese in writing and presentation.

2.GoodEnglish in writing and oral communication.

Ps:是我现在实习的公司，是一家技术咨询公司，现在隶属罗克韦尔自动化。公司待遇很好，老板很 nice，同事也很好。最好是化工专业背景，有先进控制（APC），模拟优化等经验的同学。有这方面项目经验的博士也欢迎，只要有能力！

另之前发过一次了，但是还在继续，老板及经理前段时间很忙，之前发过简历的同学也别急，大概近两周会通知面试。
