实验员： 化学、化工、药学或相关专业大专或以上学历，有药品生产企业合成实验室或车间一年以上工作经验（5人）
检验员： 药物、化学分析相关专业，大专以上学历熟悉气象液相色谱仪，能使用基本的办公软件，能阅读英文资料（1人）
合成研发工程师： 化学专业，具有本科及以上学历，有2年以上有机合成经验或制剂经验（5人）
报关员： 有报关员、报检员资格证，英语6级 ，一年相关工作经验（1人）
跟单员： 有跟单工作经验，具备一定跟单工作技能，处事干练、高效，有较好的沟通能力，熟练使用各办公软件（1人）
