Job Description:
1.Monitor the general security of office area, e.g front office area
2. Responsible for maintain all the equipment in office
3.Make sure all conference rooms are well-organized and fully utilized;
4. Check all the facilities in conference rooms are enough and in good condition,
such as telephone, pen board, pen, electrical outlet, screen, ceiling projector, coffee
machine, etc
5. Responsible for maintaining and evaluating office procedures and systems. Ensure
efficient running and upkeep of office.
6. Maintain efficiently run office through proper office procedures and the utilization of
office equipment.
7. Work closely with purchasing department for relevant issues.
8. Other responsibilities assigned by department Manager.

1.People-oriented, good at building rapport with all types of people
2.Good analytical skills and be comfortable with applying data to make decision
3.Knowledge of commercial or business processes
4.Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and multi-task with various
projects
5.Good negotiation skills
6.Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
7.Good computer skills on MS Office applications, especially on excel skill
8.Technical educational background preferred
