Program: Siemens PLM Implementation Trainee Program
Report to: Billable Service Manager
Work Location: Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen/Chengdu
Responsibility
1. Work out SOW with presales and customer;
2. Understand customers' AS-IS situation;
3. Analyze customer's requirements and define the TO-BE solution;
4. Manage the project implementation;
5. Summarize best practice from implementations;
6. Calculate ROI for customer if required;
7. Implement the real system to the customer.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor, Master or Ph.D degree graduate with computer, automation, mechanics, CIMS related major;
2. Strong theoretical background and good communication in Chinese and English;
3. Self-motivated, open minded character with good customer service sense;
4. Great passion to do project implementation job
