- Instructor solicitation and/or calendar booking
- Course creation
- Training material order or preparation
- New hires and their managers NEO notification
- Logistic support

Site learning and development roadmap deployment with learning and development consultant's coach:
- Instructors solicitation
- Course creation
- Training material order and run Purchasing Order
- Logistic support
- Enrollment check and report run out
- Pre-work and course notification
- Reschedule communication
- Course close coaching and assistance
- Instructor management
- Course promotion
- Employees or instructor question answer

Support Site and business group forums/sharing/Others per request:
- Facilitator confirmation
- Participant communication
- Logistics(room set-up, facility, door sign)
- Feedback collection
- Wrap-up e-mail

Program Support:
- Enrollment follow-up
- Logistics arrangement
- On-Site Support
- Materials
- Instructor solicitation and/or Follow up at site level
