Job Duties:
1. Translate the sales document including sales literature, contract, proposal, agreement, etc;
协助销售部门翻译各种文件,包括销售宣传册、合同、方案、协议等;
2. Assist with making bidding document;
协助标书的制作;
3. Send Daktronics profile to mayors’ mailbox on a monthly basis;
每月定期向市长信箱发送达科公司的市场宣传资料;
4. Assemble sales support materials;
收集销售所需的各种材料;
5. Assist with making internal news letter;
协助制作达科内部期刊;
6. Other duties as assigned.
其他上级主管布置的任务。
Requirements:
1. Major in English, Marketing, Business Administration is preferred.
英语、市场营销、工商管理专业优先考虑;
2. Junior or senior student is preferred;
大三、大四学生有效考虑;
3. Computer skills including word, excel, power point.
能够熟练使用日常办公软件,如Word, excel, power point;
4. Proficient in written English and fluent at oral English;
精通英语写作,有较好的英语口头表达能力;
5. Good team player;
有良好的团队协作精神;
6. Result oriented with good organization skills;
具有目标导向性,有良好的组织能力;
7. Must be able to come to office 3 days per week and last for at least 6 months.
每周至少工作3天,能够持续至少6个月。
