职位描述
1、协助目标企业制定公司业务计划、编制财务预算模型、监督计划有效实施；
2、根据目标公司所在行业及其业务内容，为客户提供专业的顾问咨询服务；
3、协助目标企业建立、健全财务管理体系和内部控制制度；
4、根据投资银行要求及SEC规定，协助目标客户进行法律、业务尽职调查，并协助公司接受会计师事务所审计；
5、通过对各种财务报表的分析，预测公司的财务收益和风险，为目标企业的业务发展、财务管理制度的建立及完善提供建议；
6、根据财务管理目标与业务发展需求，撰写财务分析报告、融资计划书、投资财务调研报告、可行性研究报告等，为公司财务决策提供分析；

职位要求
1、全日制财会/审计类本科或以上学历，英语沟通及书写流利、优秀应届毕业生亦可；
2、熟悉现行会计准则和新企业会计制度，国家各种税收政策与财务流程，具备良好的财务管理与组织实施能力；
3、熟悉财务管理、成本核算及控制，具有良好的帐务处理能力；
4、个人素质较好，具备较强的学习能力、技术研究能力，良好的沟通与团队合作能力；思维严谨，视野开阔、沉稳，细致，表达能力和沟通能力强；
5、优秀人品，深度敬业及优良团队合作精神。
Responsibilities:
1. Assist target corporate customers to draft business plans, financial forecasting models and monitoring the effective implementation of plans.
2. Provide professional consultant service to customers on the basis of target industries and business contents.
3. Assist target corporate customers to improve their internal management systems and internal control processes. Draft and write development strategies plans, financing plans and business plans.
4. Help target enterprises adjust management structures, plan corporate images and write press releases content.
5. Collect, sort and analyze various policies and industry management information for decision making and market research.
6. Participate in feasibility studies and project evaluations and provide decision-making suggestions. Assist project managers to plan and implement projects.

Requirement:
1. Full-time bachelor in accounting, finance or auditing. Fluent English in writing and speaking. Fresh graduate to join us.
2. Familiar with accounting standards, new corporate accounting system, various tax policies and financial process. Have strong ability in terms of financial management and organized implementation.
3. Familiar with financial management, cost accounting and control. Satisfied accounting handling ability.
4. Better personal qualities. Strong learning and research ability. Good communication and team-work ability. Exact discipline. Open-minded.
5. Devotion to work. Team-work spirit.
