SUMMARY （职位简述）
This junior position has broad view of economical & industrial conditions and be able to discriminate the changes and opportunities, especially in investment and startup world of Mainland China . She/He can demonstrate solid business/management knowledge & experience to help our client at any state of growing up. ( 这个初级职位要求对中国大陆的投资和创业 & 创新行业具备广泛的视野，她 / 他能够展示深厚的商业 / 管理知识和经验从而能够帮助我们的客户成长 )
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （工作责任和职责）
• Collect, organize business information from various sources ( 从各种资源收集和整理商业信息 )
• Present finding in format of business proposal （准备和展示商业提案）
• Establish analytical mode of business case （建立商业案例分析模型）
• Visit target clients regularly under pre-set strategies （按照预定计划拜访目标客户）
• Improve our service matrix via in depth competitive analysis （通过竞争分析来提高我们的服务矩阵）
• Organize & manage our skill-set building interactive to our client ( 组织和管理客户技能互动项目 )
• Flexible to new role ( 能够接受新的任务 )
QUALIFICATIONS （任职资格）
• University Degree in Finance, accounting, marketing, economics ( 大学学位，财务，会计，市场和经济专业 )
• At least one year experience （至少一年的工作经验）
• Know how to collaborate in business environment （熟悉商务工作环境）
• English reading is a must, conversational English is a plus （必须具备英文阅读能力）
• Computer skill in MS office （ MS Office 计算机技能）
• Business research knowledge is a must （商务研究知识和技能）
• Excellent communication skill （良好的沟通与技能）
• Seriousness ( 严肃的工作和职业态度 )
