办公室行政管理助理 (Office Administrative staff)负责管理商弈深圳办公室的一切事务。她(他)承担提供一个良好的办公环境并且提供高效率的办公协作流程。 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Office Administrative Staff perform some or all of the following duties: • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from shorthand, machine dictation and handwritten copy using computers ( 利用电脑准备各种通信和会议资料,管理办公室物品 ) • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations (分发公司来往信件和组织公司内部信息) • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer ( 安排公司会议 ) • Order office supplies and maintain inventory (订购和管理办公室用品) • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages (应答公司电话,各类电子邮件咨询) • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person (公司前台接待服务) • Record and prepare minutes of meetings (做会议纪要) • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations (安排公司员工出差事宜) • Manage office expense and prepare tax & financial statement ( 管理办公室费用,税务申报,准备费用报告 ) • May compile data, statistics and other information and may conduct research (准备,编辑,打印各种内部文件) • May organize conferences (组织公司会议) • May supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of current software. (关于公司办公室流程管理的培训) QUALIFICATIONS • Completion of secondary school is usually required.( 高中或者中专文凭 ) • Holder of junior accountant certificate (有初级会计证书) • Previous clerical experience is required.
