Position Requirements:
-Must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a management career within the call center industry
-Fresh undergraduate/postgraduate in the fields of Business-related majors (Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Law, Logistics, etc.)
-Speaks and writes English proficiently (CET-6 or above)
-Good interpersonal skills, communication and team-working
-Good knowledge of computer systems and applications (e.g. MS office)
-Experience as leaders of student unions/clubs and other voluntary organizations preferred
-Past internship experience is an advantage
-Selected applicants will be scheduled to take an assessment by Human Resources and managers from operation/functional units. During these assessments applicants will have an opportunity to share and demonstrate ideas, opinions and skills to managers and leaders of 800TS
Program Overview:
The Management Trainee Program(MTP) offers talented people the opportunity to lead a representative and diversified project into the future.
MTP provide a structured training program to build a foundation through business knowledge, diverse learning experiences, and interactions with different function units. The program duration ranges from 12-18months, graduate of the program will be qualified for managerial positions at the intermediate level of 800TS.
The foundation framework consists of:
--Call center operation process orientation
--Rotational job assignments in different function units( HR, Training, Operation)
--Projects and reports to showcase learning and experiences acquired
To enhance learning and experience, a manager will be assigned as your mentor throughout the program, in addition to the on-the-job supervisor for each rotation. Your supervisor will coach you along the process, on topics such as work objectives, procedures and practices.
Upon the completion of the program, you are to be moved to the next step in a permanent role based on skills you developed during the program, overall performance and the requirements from 800TS dynamic business growth.
