Positions for Recruit

Position: LED Power Supply Development Engineer

Position Responsibility:

1. Undertaking major research and concept design of new product line according to customer’s requirement

2. Working with global product management to develop product specifications and translating it into technical specifications

3. Leading the project team to finish projects on time and to meet quality and cost requirements.

4. Designing LED system by following Fulham design process, including theoretical analysis, circuit simulation and tuning, component selection, magnetic design, component stress analysis, life prediction, WCA, thermal analysis, production file writing, design development report, and tests plan preparation to be conducted for design confirmation and on the production line.

5. Leading design guide development and design reviews

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. B.S.E.E. or equivalent

2. Above 2+ years experience of AC/DC power supply development with successful delivery to market, experience from concept to launch.

3. Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, Fab and assembly

4. Excellent problem solving, analytical, written and oral communication skills

5. Teamwork skills, the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment is essential.

6. Creative, self-motivated, and accountable.

7. Familiar with Orcad, P-Spice and mathcad software

8. Project management experience

9. Experience with selecting and designing with high-speed embedded processors

10. Experience in power supplies which drive LED systems is preferable

11. Experience in electronic ballast design and HID will be a plus

12. Experience in Reliability Engineering will be a plus

Ballast Design Engineer:

Position Responsibility：

1. Design electronic ballast according to Fulham design process and delivery, including circuit analysis, circuit tuning, component selection, magnetic design, analyze component stress, predict component life, WCA, statistical analysis, draw schematics, guide PCB layout, draft design developing report, establish test plans to be conducted for design confirmation and tests on the product line, and prepare documentation for production.

2. Support component engineer to qualify new components.

3. Participate pilot run of new products and solve manufacture problems.

4. Involve in product qualification

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electronic Engineering or relevant

2. Above 3 years of related power electronics experience

3. Track records of successful related product design

4. Project management experience

5. Self-motivated, good teamwork and communication skills

6. Familiar with Orcad and mathcad software

7. Fluent English will be a plus

8. Experience in European product development will be a plus

9. Experience in HID will be a plus
