职位：猎头顾问 
Description:
职位描述：
1. Recommend headhunter service aiming at potential clients, undertake effective business development job to finish related target;
向目标潜在客户推荐公司的猎头服务，进行有效的市场开拓工作，完成任务目标；
2. Keep efficient contact with target clients by analyzing clients' situation and their job description'; Be empowered by clients to provide professional advice;
与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户情况，分析职位需求，为客户提供专业的建议并获得客户委托；  
3. Provide appropriate candidates for clients through various channels and skills;
通过各种寻访渠道与技巧，为客户寻访优秀的合适的人才；
4. Communicate effectively with candidates; make relative evaluation, filtration and recommendation;
与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求对人才进行沟通、评估、筛选与推荐；
5. Cooperate with team members to ensure tasks assigned by clients;
与团队合作，成功完成各项人才寻访委托任务；
6. Be sensitive with market trends and that of well-known multinational enterprises, collect senior caliber's information and keep long-term relationship with them.
关注行业及知名企业发展动向，收集高级人才信息，建立广泛的人脉关系。

Requirements:
职位要求：
1. Associate or equivalent certificate with no limits to university major; People who'd like to engage in Phone Sales position;
大专及以上学历；专业不限； 有意向从事电话销售的工作；
2. Possess out-going and passionate characteristics; Be able to undertake high pressure and adapt high efficient working style; 
性格开朗，富有激情，能承受压力；能适应快节奏的工作方式；
3. Possess good communication skills; Have strong desire to learn fast and develop himself;
语言表达流利，沟通能力和学习能力强；具有强烈的自我成长欲望；
4. Good PC operation and basic searching ability through Internet;             
电脑操作熟练；具备一定的搜索能力；
5. Sales/recruiting experience in MNC Company will be preferably considered.
有市场、销售或招聘工作经验及知名跨国公司从业者优先；
6. Location:Shenzhen/Guangzhou
工作地点：深圳(罗湖区)或广州(越秀区)
