职责:
该职位向销售经理汇报,与销售经理以及船运紧密配合工作。
本职位目的是为销售部门提供行政支持与客户服务。
根据需要制作客户提议及报价
根据需要为新项目制作行动需求
就关于所有项目及定单状态变更,为销售人员及其他部门提供可靠的沟通
接听客户电话,接收电子邮件等,回答关于产品或项目信息的问题
制作采购定单并对所有定单进行管理。与会计部门紧密合作以确保定单快速准确的得到执行
根据需要协调所有客户订单的执行和运输状况。 跟踪日常的生产及装运以确保所有订单都得到准时准确的执行
委派的其它任务
该职位需要出色的沟通技能以及很强的细节关注力。需要会使用Word及 Excel。会使用Visual ERP更加理想。
Responsibilities:
This position will report to the Sales Manager and will work closely with that person as well as the and shipping.
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support and customer service for the Sales Department.
-Generate customer proposals and quotations as needed
-Generate Request for Action on new projects as needed
-Provide consistent communication to sales persons and other departments regarding status changes on all projects and orders
-Receive customer calls, e-mails, etc. and respond to inquiries regarding product or project information
-Order entry and management of all orders. Work closely with accounting to ensure orders are invoiced quickly and accurately
-Coordinate fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders as needed. Follow up daily with production and shipping to ensure all orders are being shipped accurately and on time
-Other duties as assigned.
This position requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience with Word and Excel is required. Experience with Visual ERP would be ideal.
