Commercial Review Officer(商务审核专员)
Location: Shanghai(上海)
Responsibilities:
- Review, provide commercial comment and recommend deviation/s for non-standard T&Cs in third party contracts and bidding documents
- Support Sales in Commercial Negotiations when required.
- Occasional Liaison with internal and external legal counsel
- Ensure all Non-Standard Terms and Conditions are duly approved according to the Company's Delegation of Approval Matrix, coordination of Management approvals
- Review and Control occasional customer travel request.
- Participate in management of Trade Compliance Issues
- Train Sales staff on acceptable T&C
- Continually improve business processes to facilitate controlled business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in International Economic Law.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication skill, willing to learn, can work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly good skills in Microsoft Word.
