A boutique international investment management company is currently recruiting for the position of office assistant to support in the start-up of Nanjing rep-office and the future potential investment opportunities in Nanjing. The company has a strong investment track record in China and is seeking to expand its business in Nanjing.

Responsibilities

l     Assist in the daily operation of the office;

l      Assist in the process of company investment and business development;

l       Act as the main coordinator of the internal communication with UK Headquarter and other offices around the world

l       Maintain the media and government relationship 

Requirements

l     University degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Management, Language;

l      Excellent master of both written and spoken English with at least CET-6 certificate or above; Fluent English speaking ability is required.

l       Good personality and teamwork spirits; the intern/training experience in Multi-National Corporation is preferred;

l       Flexible for travel and work loads
