Customer Service Intern
Responsibility:
1. Help the customer service director to carry out the CRM Project (Customer Relation Management Project).
2. Help the Customer Service team to build up the CRM database.
3. Provide Administrative Support to the Customer Service Director.
4. Other routine office jobs.
Requirements:
1. Major in Computer Science is preferred, familiar with programming.
2. Strong customer service concept and skill, candidate with related work experience is preferred
3. Can work at least 4 days per week with long term commitment (at least half year), have the opportunity to stay after graduation according to performance.
4. Good at MS Office Software, especially PowerPoint and Excel
5. Detail-oriented, responsible and hard-working
6. Master Degree is preferred
