现因公司业务原因,需要招聘一名实习生,为期2周,从12月29日开始上班,日薪120元

Position: Intern (实习生)

 

Salary:

RMB120 per day X 14 days = RMB1,680

 

Durations:

Periods: 29 Dec 08 - 13 Jan 09 (从08年12月29日 至 09年1月13日,其中1月10日及11日休息,共工作14天,工作时间:早9点至晚6点)

 

Justifications

 

1. Follow up on credit / pdbc hold orders:

In the oracle system, there is no tailor made report for pdbc hold, we need someone to merge the data. This report is very important to draw sales

attention before they place orders to PTC during last week of the quarter !

 

2. Administrative works on local Taiwan PO / CIA (india) / Reseller, Renewal Maint. orders / Defer

This is one of the KEY job function to employ such temp such we MUST copy all require ppwks. Per my experience, auditors always request ppwks on GUI, check the calculation of renewal maintenance and defer portions. The volume of ppwks come during the last 3 days from pac rim are huge

 

3. Assisting on charge back report

I would think that pac rim is the most complex region to manage the charge back since we have 5 currencies with some conditions with no charge back such as WHT. During the closing period, everyone is busy in performing their duty but we must issue the CB list end of quarter before we sent to corp. By justifying this temp, s/he can help on checking some data against oracle under our guideline

 

4. Checking Credit Search or D&B reports

The temp is also required to help collectors to check from aging report for those customers inactive for 2 quarters but CL over 250k.
