Trainee
Job Responsibilities
1.Location: Shanghai
2.Reporting to: Consultant
3.Direct report(s): Nil
4.Function(s):
1) On - Assignment, Training Development
Help in-charge consultant define key actions
Provide logistic support
Follow up the process
Assist consultants preparing feedback reports
2) On - Assignment, Executive Recruiting
Choose target industry, and conduct database research
Source qualified candidates for assignments within specified time limits
Gather information on potential candidates and screen via telephone
Develop shortlist of candidates and prepare candidate reports
Assist in client relations management and search process administration
3) Personal Development
Create self-career development plan and implement it to increase self -competence
Develop expertise in executive search area
Develop innovative analytical approaches to problem solving
Team-training to learn necessary knowledge and skills
Qualifications
1.Age: 22 - 25 years old
2.Education: A Bachelor degree in English or Management
3.Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus
4.Languages: Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese

Job Responsibilities
1.Location: Shanghai
2.Reporting to: Assignment Consultant

4. Responsibility:
Help with e-learning system and content mantainance
Database management and mass emailing/fax
Website maintainance
Troubleshooting support for clients.
Technical/customer phone support for clients.
Qualifications
1.Age: 20 - 24 years old
2.Education: On-going IT/Computer studies at a university in Shanghai
3.Experience: Previous IT customer support experience will be a plus
4.Languages: Command of English and Mandarin Chinese
5.Skills and Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and other common software
Knowledge of website maintainance
Good personal skills
Strong learning and analytical skills
Effective teamwork skills
Good writing skills
