| 其他要求 | Executive Searcher Department: Searching Team Report to searching leader Dot report to consultant Requirements: Bachelor Age at 22—26 At least one year experience. Sales working experience is preferred Good command of English both in speaking and writing Good operation of MS, such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Good communication skills and team-work spirit Proactive, smart, hardworking Responsibilities: Joining in case analysis, including client and jd analyzing. Analyzing industry situation pertinent to on-going case, set the searching target. Utilizing the channels assigned by consultant, conducting candidates developing. Keeping tight communication with consultant and project manager to effect candidates developing. Collecting and expanding the database through inputting the new candidates. |
