Company profile
Shenzhen Pengneng Investment (Holdings) Co., Ltd. was established on June 28th, 2006 .The company is a private company based on the contribution of 21 natural person shareholders. The business covers construction, design and supervising of electrical engineering, test and maintenance of electric equipment, meter reader, equipment manufacturing, agent distributor and green energy. Within its organization, Pengneng owns one branch company, 10 exclusive-invested and holding companies, 2 joint-ventured companies and 3 administration companies. There're more than 2100 contract employers in the company.
Taking the capital operation and property management as the major pattern, making the capital benefit maximization as the main business goal, Pengneng has formed diversified industrial model which making the power correlation service as the core industry, energy supply and developing and sales of energy-saving product as new profit growth point.

鹏能集团共有9家从事电力工程施工的公司，可承接500千伏变电站和线路的大修改造及维护；220千伏电压等级的送、变电工程施工；110千伏及以下电压等级的送、变电及用户电力设施的设计、安装施工。
Electrical engineering construction
Pengneng Group owns 9 subsidiary companies which are specialized in electrical engineering construction. They can take over reconstruction and maintenance of 500kV electrical substation and circuit line, transmission and transformation construction in the range of 220kV, transmission and transformation in the range of 110kV , and design and installation of users' electrical facilities.

As the only power construction supervision in Shenzhen, Weiyanda took most of the supervision for power transmission and substation engineering and bidding agency for power construction of Shenzhen in the past 9 years since establishment. Shuangxi Hydropower plant is located in middle reaches of Meitan River, the branch of Han River in Dapu town of Meizhou city. The plant is the leader in Dapu town and the capacity of equipment is 3x12000 KW with static investment of RMB 271 million and dynamic investment of RMB 312 million.
